today, i went to my Thai friend restaurant at somewhere in Long Island. I think it could be far from Hicksville about one hour by driving. The activities that i was doing there was to help my friend to prepare salad and decorate dishes before they were sent to kitchen. That was quite fun and gave me good experiences. Now, i knew that how difficult for preparing food and how much skills should be used to cook. Every process has to be sure that taste and health standard meet to par. Actually, those things I mentioned were not one I want to share, but revenues of servers are. At that day, the restuarant got five to eight tables a day, but total tips were 100 bucks. That was pretty huge money in my opinion. So, I now I changed my mind toward this an occupation.
