The statue of liberty

The statue of liberty is the one of many places in New York that I really want to visit. Although, I have been U.S. almost three years and been N.Y. almost two years. I have never visited there. Actually, I was there, but just saw it so far. I did not take the ferry to see it closely. So, it seem i did not go there. Once I planned to go there by getting up in the early morning and still was too late because my friend got lose. He brought me to take subway the same route many times. So, when we two arrived there, the ticket counter closed already.
